• Promotional offers cannot be combined.
• Price adjustments are not permitted after processing.

Ethical Sourcing & Conflict-Free Diamonds

Raysha Gems sources diamonds exclusively from verified suppliers and complies with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and international ethical sourcing standards.

Raysha Gems does not procure diamonds originating from Russia.

Photography & Visual Representation

Product images may appear slightly different due to professional photography, lighting conditions, and screen settings.

Customers should rely on listed specifications such as size, weight, measurements, and grading information when making a purchase.

Payments

By placing an order with Raysha Gems, you confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized for use.

Refunds & Returns Policy

All approved returns must be accompanied by original documentation, including grading certificates and related paperwork.

• Missing grading reports may incur a €200 replacement fee.
• Custom or bespoke items may not be eligible for return.
• Insurance replacement items are excluded from returns.
• Special orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Diamond Certificates

Diamonds of 0.30 ct and above may include an independent grading certificate.

Returns without the original certificate may incur a replacement fee of €100.

Privacy Policy

Ownership Transfer & Delivery

Ownership transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address.

• Adult signature required upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Any lost or stolen package must be reported to Raysha Gems within three business days after delivery confirmation.

Following investigation, a one-time store credit or replacement may be offered where applicable.
